Peanut Blossoms

1 ¾ cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt

Sift the above ingredients

½ cup butter
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar

Cream above ingredients

1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 bags of Hershey’s Kisses

Add one beaten egg and one teaspoon of Vanilla Extract to cream mix. Blend in dry ingredients gradually. Shape into balls 1 ½ inch in diameter and roll in sugar. Bake at 375F for eight minutes. Pull sheet of cookies out of oven and push one Hershey’s Kiss down into center of ball until the dough flattens out like a crater impact! Put tray back into oven and bake for two minutes more.
