Gram O’Neill’s Apple Crisp

 

1/4 cup sugar                            

1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup brown sugar                      

6 cups thinly sliced apples
1 cup flour                                 

1/2 cup margarine


Add white sugar to apples and cinnamon and place in buttered 8Ó square pan. Blend margarine, brown sugar and flour until crumbly with pastry blender. Sprinkle over apples and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes until tender. Serve warm with ice cream.
