1 lb. ground chuck

1 lb. hot sausage (any kind of bulk Italian, or Jimmy Dean

1 lb. Velveeta cheese

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp oregano

½ tsp. garlic salt

1//2 tsp. Pepper

Brown meat and drain. Add diced cheese, stir until melted. Then add remaining ingredients and mix gently.

Spread on party rye bread, place on cookie sheet, freeze until firm. Place in plastic bag. When ready to use, broil until bubbly, 2-1/2 loaves of party rye, yields about 90.
