Bul Kogi

 MARINADE:
 
3 Tablespoon soy sauce
 2 Tablespoon sugar
 3 Tablespoon water
 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
 2 teaspoon sesame seed
 2 teaspoon red wine
 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  1 pound loin of beef, thinly sliced into 12 pieces.
 4 bamboo skewers, soaked in water
 pine nut powder (optional)
 

Combine marinade ingredients and marinate beef slices 1 hour. Place 3 pieces of beef on each skewer and grill or broil until done. Sprinkle with pine nut powder.
