Fiery Hot Chorizo Sausage


2 teaspoons caribe
1 lbs. ground pork
1 lbs. ground beef
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
3 Tablespoons wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon paprika


Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
