Korean Bulgogi

 
2 lbs. beef, thinly sliced
4 green onions, chopped
2 carrots, sliced diagonally
1 half bell pepper, sliced


Marinade:
1/5 cup soy sauce
1/5 cup sesame oil
1/5 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons beer
1/2 teaspoon MSG
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon sesame seeds

 

Marinade beef for 2 hours. Heat 2 Tablespoons oil in wok. Stir fry beef until almost done. Add vegetables and cook an additional minute. Thicken with cornstarch solution, if desired.
