Mongolian Beef
 
3/4 lbs. boneless beef, thinly sliced
6 green onions, cut into 2Ó pieces
8-10 whole dried chile peppers
8 thinly slice ginger
4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon sugar

Marinade
2 Tablespoon dry sherry
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons corn starch
1/2 teaspoon sugar

Hot Sauce
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 1/2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 Tablespoon wine
1 Tablespoon rice vinegar
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon chile oil
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon corn starch


Mix all ingredients and stir fry over high heat and serve immediately.
