Pork Chops with Vinegar Peppers

Serves: 4


2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Salt and pepper
1 jar Italian Vinegar Peppers (mild or hot)
4 Center Cut Pork Chops 1 inch thick

Make marinade of first five ingredients. Marinate for 1 hour at room temperature. In the meantime cut vinegar peppers in half along with juice and place in a microwave safe dish. Grill the pork chops on a medium gas grill turning once until done about 8 to 10 minutes each side. Heat the vinegar peppers in the microwave. Serve on preheated platter covered with the vinegar peppers.
