Summer Spare Ribs
5 lbs. boneless country style pork ribs
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 onions chopped
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup catsup
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tsp. Dry mustard
1 1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
Place ribs in a plastic bag or baking dish with lid. Pour
sauce over the ribs and marinate for 2 hours. Grill over medium heat or bake
covered 2 1/2 hours at 350F.
