Teriyaki Steak

1/2 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup frozen concentrated pineapple juice, undiluted
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 Tablespoon peeled, grated fresh ginger root
2 lbs. flank steak, all fat removed

Place steak in a shallow stainless steel or glass pan. Combine all sauce ingredients and mix well. It is best to make it at least one day in advance. Marinate the steak in the sauce at least 2 hours before cooking. Broil or grill the steak about 5 minutes per side or according to taste.
