Potato Casserole

 

8-9 baking potatoes, baked or boiled, peeled

¼ cup hot milk

6 oz cream cheese

1 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons butter

2 teaspoons onion salt

¼ teaspoon pepper

butter to dot

paprika

 

Cream potatoes with hot milk; add rest of ingredients and put in 2 quart buttered casserole.  Dot with butter and sprinkle paprika over top.  Bake at 350 till bubbly (about 20-30 minutes).
