Fiery Oriental Chicken Wings

Basting Sauce:
4 TBS crushed red Anaheim chile
1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and minced
2 TBS light soy sauce
2 TBS vegetable oil
1 TBS sesame oil
2 tsp. sugar
2 pounds chicken wings

Combine all the ingredients for the basting sauce. Cut off the entire wing tip and discard, then cut again at the joint to make 2 small wings. Toss the wings in the sauce until well coated. Place the wings in a shallow pan and bake in a 425 F oven until glazed and done, about 20-25 minutes.
