Therese’s Broiled Chicken
Serves: 4

2 whole boneless skinned chicken breasts split
oregano
garlic salt
pepper
butter or margarine

Place chicken breast side down on a foil lined cookie sheet. Sprinkle with oregano, garlic salt, pepper and a few dollops of butter or margarine on each piece. Broil in middle rack of oven until light brown. Turn chicken and repeat process with only oregano, garlic salt, and pepper and baste with pan juices. Broil again another 10 minutes or until desired doneness. Serve on a heated platter with pan juices.
