Juice of 2 oranges
Juice of 2 lemons
Juice of 2 limes
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 Serrano thinly sliced
1 TBS New Mexican
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1 Whole chicken or 6 chicken breasts, skinned removed
Mix the first 10 ingredients in a glass bowl. If using a
whole chicken, cut into pieces. Add chicken to marinade, cover and refrigerate
over night. Cook on grill until done. Serve with flour tortillas, salsa and
sliced avocados.
