Basil French Dressing

Makes 1 2/3 cups
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 TBS sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried basil or 1 TBS fresh
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp Tabasco sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup salad oil

Combine all ingredients except oil in food processor. With machine running, add oil through feed tube in thin stream. Process until smooth. Store in covered container in refrigerator.
