NC BBQ Dry Rub

Yield: About 1/2 cup

 

2-1/2 tablespoons coarsely ground black pepper

2-1/2 tablespoons paprika

2-1/2 tablespoons chili powder

1-1/2 tablespoons garlic powder

1 tablespoon lemon pepper

1-tablespoon onion powder

1-1/2 teaspoons celery salt

1 teaspoon ground red pepper

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1/4 ground cinnamon

 

Mix all ingredients together and rub on pork butt or shoulder. Let marinade over night in the refrigerator.
