Salsa De Jalapeno Verde

3 ounces fresh Jalapeno chiles, stems removed
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar

Place the chiles in a saucepan, cover with water, bring to a boil, and simmer until they are soft, about 15 minutes. Slice open the chiles and remove the seeds. Place chiles in a blender with the 1/4 cup water and the remaining ingredients and blend until pureed, about 30 seconds. Allow to cool before serving. Use this sauce sparingly over grilled meats and poultry.
