Tomatillo Sauce

1 can tomatillos, drained
1-2 jalapeños, seeded and coarsely chopped
1 tsp. garlic
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup cilantro
salt and white pepper to taste

Combine all in food processor and coarsely grind. Serve on Chicken Enchiladas.
