1 cup chopped Habanero chiles
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 1/2 cups white vinegar
Sauté the onion and garlic until
soft. Combine
the tomato and vinegar and simmer until the tomatoes are soft. Place all the
ingredients, including the chile, in a blender and puree until smooth. Allow
the mixture to sit for a couple of days to steep.
