Fried Oven Potatoes
2 lbs. potatoes cut into 2-inch
cubes
6 tbs. olive oil
2 tbs. parsley
1 tsp. oregano
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried basil, crumbled
Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine oil, garlic, herbs
and pepper in large bowl and toss to coat. Spread potatoes in single layer in
baking pan. Bake until brown and cooked through, turning once, about 1 hour.
Season with salt and serve.
