Red Cabbage Salad

1 head red cabbage
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup + 2 tbs. red wine vinegar
2 tbs. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Shred cabbage fairly fine. Add rest of ingredients, shake and pour over cabbage. Mix well.  Let stand overnight or at least half a day, stirring occasionally.
