Therese’s Oven Roasted Potatoes
Serves: 4
4 baking potatoes
2 tbs. vegetable oil
garlic Powder
salt and pepper
Pare potatoes, cut in quarters, wash and pat dry. Put oil
in glass baking dish, sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir and add
potatoes turning to coat evenly. Bake uncovered in 400-degree oven for 40 to 50
minutes turning once during cooking. Test for doneness.
